"Creativity is unexpected connections between unrelated concepts or ideas" - Ed Catmull
We are at a crucial moment in the job market, in which companies are increasingly demanding skills from their professionals that bring effective results to the business. We realize that the challenges are starting to be constant and so are the uncertainties. Such changes can be understood by several factors that have been occurring in the current scenario of organizations, among them:
Age of knowledge;
Competitive economic environment;
Focus on sustainable growth;
Technology and process automation;
Innovation and quality;
Speed in information and deliveries;
Reduced and multidisciplinary teams;
Participative management;
Valuing the employee's intellectual capital.
At the end of 2020, the World Economic Forum (WEF) published “The report on the future of work and the most demanded skills in the next five years”, presenting the 15 main skills that will be on the rise by 2025. Creativity is among the top five skills, confirming its importance today within organizations.
Within this context, professionals have sought to qualify themselves to meet this new global context. The issue is that many feel limited in the face of new challenges, and believe that they cannot develop new skills and adapt to this dynamic scenario of change.
Creativity is not a skill we are born with, it is a skill that can be developed over time by anyone. Creative people manage to have a wide repertoire, in addition to being able to deconstruct pre-established premises and build something new, based on their experiences. It is not always necessary to think "outside the box", as this often inhibits and paralyzes. We can use our own repertoire to create ideas and bring innovative solutions to the market.
And how to stimulate this ability in a light and, at the same time, strategic way? Creativity has always been one of the main tools I use in all my work processes, regardless of the work front I will be performing. I have always believed in the power of creativity to differentiate my work, and I can categorically state that it is and will continue to be one of the main skills that the market will demand from professionals, regardless of their field of activity.
Thus, I work with Creativity Consulting for groups of professionals in companies and also for self-employed professionals, with the aim of stimulating creativity and bringing forms and mechanisms that will trigger everyone to use this competence in their daily lives.

Clients Testimonials
I attended Priscilla's training on “Creativity at Work” and the way she approaches the topic,
how she conducts the presentation and the examples she used caught my attention. All of this made me stop and think about what I can do to go further, to put creativity into practice. In addition to practical examples, books were suggested and dynamics were carried out to make us think outside the box.
